A CHOCOLATE and peanut butter loaf that has no sugar!

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup peanut butter, no sugar added

- Four tablespoons butter

- 1/2 cup milk

- 3/4 cup flour

- One teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla-flavoured liquid Stevia

- Two teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Six eggs, beaten

- 57g unsweetened chocolate

Preparation

Preheat oven to 177ºC

Melt the peanut butter with three tablespoons of butter. Set aside one tablespoon of butter.

Stir in the remaining ingredients except the eggs.

Taste batter for sweetness, add more liquid Stevia if needed, then stir in eggs until combined.

Pour batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan.

Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter with the chocolate and stir until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate onto the loaf. Smear it around with a butter knife.

Bake for 45 minutes then let cool for 15 minutes.

Remove from pan, slice and ENJOY!
