MEAT lovers visiting the Fire and Feast Butcher’s Festival taking place this weekend at Ticketpro Dome should arrive hungry!
During the three-day festival, chefs will captivate audiences with talks and demonstrations at The Lamb and Mutton SA Kitchen, The Pork 360 Kitchen, The Beef Zone and The Blue Ribbon Sandwich Square Theatre.
Every tasty meal prepared in these kitchen zones will be cooked on Chad-O-Chef products, showing the incredible range of this leading gas-powered braai.
“Visitors to this year’s festival will be treated to interesting yet simple ways to create new recipes using various cuts of lamb, beef and pork over an open flame,” said event co-ordinator and South African chef Arnold Tanzer.
The festival runs from 10am to 6pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
