Ingredients
, Two ripe avocados
, 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
, 1/2 cup green chilli pepper, chopped
, 50ml lemon juice
, 1/2 onion, chopped
, Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Mash ripe avocados and add yoghurt.
- Add chopped onions and chilli pepper. Stir in lemon juice.
- Mix well and add salt to taste.
- Serve with toast
