Ingredients
- One onion, chopped
- Two cloves garlic, crushed
- Two peppers, green and red, diced
- Four carrots, diced
- One cup of peas, frozen or canned
- 1kg samp, cooked
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- One packet Royco Tomato Bredie cook in sauce
- Three cups water
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pot and fry onion. Add all chopped vegetables and garlic. Cook for five minutes.
- Add cooked samp and close the pot with lid. Cook for 15 minutes. Add Royco and stir to mix. Season to taste and cook for five minutes more.
