Quick and easy delicious brownies!
INGREDIENTS
- 400g red kidney beans
- 200ml castor sugar
- 80g cocoa powder
- Three eggs
- 150g butter
- One teaspoon vanilla essence
SHORTCUT GANACHE
- 200g dark chocolate
- One cup cream
PREPARATION
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- In food processor, pulse red kidney beans until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend.
- Pour mix in greased baking tin and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until skewer comes out clean.
- Over double boiler, melt chocolate and stir in cream. Pour over brownies.
