One scoop of rosé sorbet– strawberry, lychee, pink grapefruit and Mumm rosé sorbet.

Gold leaf foil

Preparation

  • Add one scoop of sorbet to a Waterford Crystal Lismore Essence champagne saucer.
  • Top with Mumm rosé champagne.
  • Garnish with a sheet of gold leaf.
