CLASSIC MAC AND CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

200g Royco pasta base macaroni cheese

300g macaroni pasta

500ml cream

250g grated cheddar cheese

Tasty tip: add 250g fried bacon, pieces

Preparation

Cook pasta as the pack instructs.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Transfer cooked pasta to a greased oven-proof dish.

Stir in the pasta base, cream and half the grated cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Top with grated cheese.

Bake pasta for 35 to 40 minutes – wait until it’s golden brown.
