BASIC KOTA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

- One loaf white bread, cut into four equal quarters

- Four Russian sausages

- 250g mango atchaar

- Four polony slices

- Four cheese slices

- Four tablespoons tomato sauce ,Four tablespoons mayonnaise

- One teaspoon cayenne pepper

- Lettuce

PREPARATION

  • Cut loaf into four equal quarters. Scoop small hollow area in middle of each.
  • Mix tomato sauce, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper until Thousand Island dressing is an even pink.
  • Slice down Russians’ middles. Microwave all for three minutes on high.
  • On each, layer lettuce, cheese, polony, atchaar, Russian slices and one spoon of Thousand Island dressing – ENJOY!
