LIMITATIONS DON'T DEFINE OUR DESTINY

accreditation

JEREMIAH (1:11-12) had an
encounter with God, which is recorded as follows:

“The word of the Lord came to me: ‘What do you see, Jeremiah?’”

“I see the branch of an almond tree,” I replied.

The Lord said to me: “You have seen correctly, for I’m watching to see that my word is fulfilled.”

Genesis (15:5) in another encounter revealed the power of a vision.

He took him outside and said: “Look up at the sky and count the stars, if indeed you can count them.”

Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”

God used a vision to communicate a message to elders of faith. He showed Jeremiah an almond tree to communicate a divine revelation.

Abraham’s wife was barren. It was humanly impossible for her to conceive. Yet Jehovah took Abraham and showed him the stars of the heavens and assured him he shall have many children.

We need to envision the future. Our limitations should not define destiny. Don’t allow challenges to become destiny.

Become a dreamer like Joseph: have a mental picture of your future. Don’t let anyone despise you. A vision can shape the future.

Ephesians 3:20 tells us God is able to do above all that we can ask, think or imagine. So have a mental picture of your future.

Habakkuk (2:3) teaches that a vision has an appointed time.
