I’m a 42-year-old man living in Pretoria with my wife and our three children. My wife and I have been married for nine years.
I recently discovered that she is cheating on me. When I first found out and confronted her, she said it was just a friend whom she met at a workshop and nothing was happening between them.
They kept calling each other and communicating on social networks. This is affecting my marriage and killing me inside. I no longer trust her. Please help before I kill myself.

You are going through a difficult period in your life. Killing yourself will not resolve the issue, but it will have a negative impact on other family members who need you, like your kids. You need to decide what kind of life you want for you and your children. You need to decide whether this environment is healthy for you and your kids. Break the silence and seek help from family members or counsellors.
