TEACH KIDS HOW PRECIOUS WATER IS

accreditation

Mzansi is a water scarce country.

This calls for all hands on deck to ensure we use the water we have sparingly and wisely.

We must ensure a sustainable water supply for future generations.

All of us have to behave responsibly and ensure that our kids understand the value of water as a source of life and the means for economic growth.

As we live in one of the world’s driest countries, we seriously have to educate our kids about just how important it is to conserve water. Our actions are very important to inspire the correct behaviour in our kids.

The department of water and sanitation is doing its best to create water ambassadors through its 2020 Vision. But without people’s help, especially parents, the water security battle will never be won.

Our kids are the future and we must encourage them to become ambassadors for water conservation. They should use it wisely to ensure the future supply.

Kids do their best to copy what their parents do and we want to be proud of their actions.

We urgently have to teach and encourage them to behave responsibly when it comes to water.

During the school holidays, let us be responsible parents and encourage kids not to play with this precious source of life.

Let us create and develop responsible water users and teach them to be water ambassadors so they don’t blame us in the future.

Water has no substitute.

Every drop lost will never be recovered. Water security is in our kids’ hands.
