If it’s true that Brian Molefe was on unpaid leave, he should have been subjected to a disciplinary hearing when he was sworn in as an MP.
He should be charged with gross misconduct, insubordination, reckless behaviour and bringing the organisation into disrepute.
These are serious offences which could result in his dismissal.
Did Molefe make any disclosures and declarations pertaining to any conflict of interest whatsoever?
I don’t understand why a person who’s medically fit was all of a sudden going on early retirement after getting a five-year employment contract from Eskom.
On the other hand, he’s fit enough to be an MP.
