THEY HAVE turned the streets of Joburg into a living hell.
The man are CBD thugs and go around terrorizing the residents of Jozi.
They act as if they run the town, they do as they please they rob and beat up people and they even go around flashing their guns pointing that innocent civilians.
The thugs have now been caught on CCTV footage on Sunday beating up another victim.
The shocking video left many Jozi residents asking if is this what JHB has become.
The victim could be seen literally fighting for his life for several minutes while bystanders do absolutely nothing to help.
The was Zero law enforcement around and people just simply stood by and watched. The poor man was being robbed near a building known as Vanin Court in Hillbrow, a hijacked building that is well known for criminal elements residing inside and out.
Speaking to Daily Sun Captain Xoli Mbele said: “The police are calling on residents to work with us hand in hand to put a stop to this and clean up the city. "Some are undercover and are not in uniform.
"Currently we have police patrolling the CBD on a daily basis and we are working hand in hand with the JMPD and Gautraffic to help clean our streets and we are calling on the victim in this video to please come forward so we can help him open a case or call us on 0114977009.
"We are asking for the assistance of the people to be our eyes and ears and report whenever they see such crimes
"We can't let these people act like they own the city."

In the video, about four men can be seen beating up another man in broad daylight.
The man can be seen being kicked and beaten up with sticks and stones while people are just standing by.
Others are just going about their businesses as if nothing is happening.
One of the assailants can also be seen pulling out a gun and hitting the man with it.
