KAIZER Chiefs’ attacking midfielder George Maluleka is taken.
The soccer star watched his beautiful bride, Larelle Wagner walk down the aisle at a wedding ceremony held in Phalaborwa in Limpopo over the weekend.
Guests sang and danced the night way celebrating the union of the lovers, as seen on videos currently circulating on social media.
Maluleka sealed his romance with his high school sweetheart and broke many hearts of female fans across Mzansi.
The couple tied the knot in a beautiful Tsonga traditional wedding ceremony which was attended by their families.
Earlier last year, news broke on social media that Maluleke and his family had started lobola negotiations for the woman who also hails from his kasi of Polokwane.
Before the two lovers could seal their union with a kiss, both families exchanged gifts to start their new lives together.
In excitement, Larelle took it to Instagram to share her joy in being called Mrs Maluleke.
She wrote: “He stole my heart so I’m planning revenge... I’m going to take his last name.”
The two have been dating for years now but things haven’t been all rosy.
Things might have been shaky between the two back in 2015 but they have proved that love conquers all.
They made some headlines in the past about their up and downs.
George has been with Larelle for several years now and they have built a family around their daughter Zoe-lee.
The couple often shared cute loved up family pictures and they continued to share their relationship goals on social media.
Maluleka posted a picture of him and his new bride and captioned it: “I AM BLESSED”
The couple received warm congratulations from friends in the sport and entertainment industries, including newlyweds such as Minenhle Dlamini-Jones and the Dumi Masilela’s widow Simphiwe Ngema.
Minenhle commented on Larelle’s post on Instagram saying: “Finally my Lolly sending blessings and love ... welcome to the club.”
2017 proved to be a year of marriages amongst celebrities.
Black Coffe and Enhle Mbali were one of the couple who also tied the knot.
