THE Raseala family and villagers are relieved.

This is after Mosibudi Raseala (9), who had been missing since Monday, was found alive on Wednesday.

The little girl from Ga-Mamaila Village, near Giyani had been sent by her mum to buy bread at a nearby shop when she disappeared.

Bolobedu cops and villagers worked day and night, looking for the little girl.

She has now been admitted to Kgapane Hospital for a medical check up.

Her mum Salminah Raseala told Daily Sun: “After I consulted a sangoma about Mosibudi’s disappearance, I believed that she was held hostage and still alive.

“I’m relieved that she has been found alive.

“Whatever happened to her will be dealt with when she is discharged from hospital.”

Bolobedu police spokeswoman Constable Millicent Mohale said: “One of the residents spotted Mosibudi wandering around the streets of Giyani on Wednesday, just before midnight.

“The resident approached Mosibudi, questioned her and then realised that she was the girl who had been reported missing.

“The Good Samaritan then took Mosibudi to a nearby police station.

“Her mother was called to come and collect her.

“Our investigations are continuing.”
