SUNPOWER has done it again.

This time it has helped Mandoza lookalike, Molefi Kadi.

The 36-year-old appeared in Daily Sun on 31 August.

He spoke about how much he liked the late Nkalakatha hitmaker, Mduduzi “Mandoza” Tshabalala.

Mandoza died in September last year.

After the story was published Molefi, from Westbury outside Joburg, received endless attention and calls from fans.

Luckily for him, one of the calls came from a restaurant owner who offered him a job. He said the man told him his lookalike image could help attract customers.

“My background in the hospitality industry also played a role, as I had worked for a restaurant as well as a hotel before,” said Molefi.

He said he had already started his new job in Edenvale, Ekurhuleni, and was enjoying his work.

He told the People’s Paper Mandoza was his hero, and he had followed his life since he was a boy.

Like his hero, Molefi collects clothes and sunglasses, just to complete the look.
