Tebogo disappeared after he was shot and killed by a farmer for trying to steal oranges.
They chanted and sang outside the station while waiting for North West MEC for Public Safety, Doctor Motlhabane to receive their memorandum.
The entrance was completely blocked and no one was able to access the station.
Tebogo's aunt, Nancy Sekgobela, said they want the police to find his body.
She said although they will never accept his disappearance, they want closure in order for them to find peace.
"We will never rest until we find his remains. Police should do their work by searching for his body," she said.
She said they felt like the police are not doing enough to make sure that her nephew is found.
"They never give us feedback. The only time we know what is going on is when residents take to the streets," she said.
When the MEC arrived, the residents told him that the police are dragging their feet on the matter.
They also said they want their own Satellite Police Station.
Provincial organiser of SANCO, Pasture Maremo read their memorandum of grievances.
He told the Motlhabane that residents want the accused to be arrested.
He asked the MEC to respond within seven days.
The MEC said he will have a meeting with the provincial commissioner to discuss their grievances.
"I will also meet with the Gauteng Minister of Police, Fikile Mbalula to request a satellite station for you," he said.
He said that he will take their case to a higher level.
"We want you to be patient, we don't want to arrest the wrong person because that person could end up suing us," he said.
He thanked the residents for remaining peaceful.
