A dead woman gave birth inside a coffin recently in a rural community in the Eastern Cape.
According to Sowetan Live, The funeral parlour discovered the birth of the still born baby 10 ten days after her death.
Community members say that this is witchcraft and the funeral parlour staff were left traumatised.
Lindokuhle Funeral parlour owner Fundile Makalana said: "We were so shocked and frightened that we did not even have time to look at the sex of the baby. I have been in the business for more than 20 years and I have never heard of a dead woman giving birth."
The deceased woman's name is Nomveliso Nomasonto Mdoyi, She was the mother of five and lived in Mthayisi Village near Mbizana.
