On Saturday 20 August, Daily Sun published a story headlined "FAMILY HACKED TO DEATH IN PANGA ATTACK!"
The story included a picture of a law enforcement officer holding a panga in court for demonstration purposes. However, the picture was from an older story and was accidentally used.
