A 26-year-old man was arrested after R500 000 worth of dagga was found in his shack in Maremane Village in Dingleton, police said yesterday.
He was arrested following information from locals about suspected illegal activities in the shack, said Lieutenant Olebogeng Tawana.

Tawana said officers searched the shack and confiscated 10 bags of dagga.

The man was expected to appear in the Kathu Magistrate’s Court on Monday, where he will face a charge of dealing in dagga.
