BELIEVING the three suspects had blood on their hands after Lindithemba Ndlovu’s murder in 2015, cops bust them.
And Esikhalenisebomvu villagers in Nkandla, northern KZN were relieved to be rid of them.
But now Sipho Langa (29), Lindokuhle Manqele (22) and Sthembiso Langa (29) are on the run again!
The three escaped from Nkandla Regional Court on 22 February.
Colonel Thembeka Mbhele said a case of escape was opened at Nkandla Police Station for further investigation.
“We appeal to anyone with information to call Detective-Constable Bongiwe Nene on 073 232 1151 or CrimeStop on 08600 1011.”
She said the suspects, who had been in prison since April 2015, managed to escape while being escorted to their cells.
Daily Sun learnt that the dead man had been stabbed to death after a heated argument.
Mbhele said: “The suspects fled after the incident and a case was opened at Nkandla cop shop. Detectives worked around the clock and they were bust the next day. They were denied bail during their first court appearance.”
