Convicted rapist and Kwaito star Sipho 'Brickz' Ndlovu was sentenced before a packed Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
Magistrate Baloyi sentenced Brickz to 15 years in jail for raping his teenage relative at his Ruimsig home, in 2013.
Sentencing the kwaito star magistrate Baloyi said rape is a serious crime and the court has to protect the freedom of women.
Baloyi told Brickz that he put the title of being an uncle in disrepute, because he raped his own niece.
Said Baloyi: "It is an honour to be called an uncle but you gave this title a bad name."
He said that Brickz was not a good example.
Baloyi said Brickz is not a suitable candidate for rehabilitation as he also displayed no remorse.
