Behind the dramatic dance moves, revealing dresses and the social media antics, is a business woman who now charges R25 000 to appear at your event.

Zodwa Wabantu has now moved all of her appearance matters to Afrotainment after a successful trip to the UK with Dj Tira.

Tira confirmed to TshisaLive that they will now manage all of Zodwa’s bookings.

"Zodwa is a wonderful person, who is a born entertainer. After we were booked by the same client in the UK, we developed a working relationship where Afrotainment now handles her bookings, which start form R25k. She gets bookings from all over, places like Botswana and Swaziland,” he told the publication.

Zodwa recently came under fire on social media after she wore a black dress that exposed her entire thigh at the 2017 Vodacom Durban July.

She also spoke to the publication to clarify some issues.

"Look, I am the realest person I know. I don't compromise on who I am to please society. If I want to wear a dress that show's off my thigh and cellulite then I'll do it. My dress was fashion forward and I loved it,” she said.
