THE search for the first E! host South Africa heated up in last Wednesday’s episode when Mosa Kaiser was asked to turn in her microphone and leave the E! Mansion.

The reality competition assesses local up-and-coming talent competing to become the first E! South Africa host.

Mosa said Bonang Matheba was her favourite judge. “Her accolades as a presenter and how she manages her brand speak for themselves.”

Asked what she would have done differently, she said: “I would have tailored my questions to fit the scenario and not go into full investigative journalist mode at the dinner table.”

Mosa is still keeping a positive attitude even after her elimination and looks forward to more opportunities. “I would definitely go for another opportunity like this. But this time, I would win it! I learnt a

lot during my time on the show. It helped me become a better version of myself, both as a presenter and in life.”

Seasoned presenter Andile Ncube is the competition host and shows the contestants how it’s done, while Terry Pheto judges and mentors contestants.

They have the help of famous guest judges, including fashion creatives

David Tlale and Gert-Johan Coetzee, ProVerb and Bonang.

- Catch The Search: E! Host South Africa on E! (DStv channel 124) every Wednesday at 8.55pm.
