Rapper and television personality, Nomuzi Mabena, also known as Moozlie, says she is done apologizing for calling herself the “New Age Mabrr”.
This comes after a lot of social media backlash that she has had to face for comparing herself to the legendary Brenda Fassie.
Moozlie says people have also told her that she is disrespecting the legacy of the icon and she used to feel bad about it.
Well, no more.
Moozlie says that the whole “New Age Mabrr” thing was an aspirational thing for her.
She has always wanted to be as good and as legendary as Brenda Fassie.
