THE Cornetto Dare to Love tour is heading to Jozi for its grand finale.
The show has already dazzled audiences in Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and Durban.
It has even had two on-stage marriage proposals!
The tour kicked off in Cape Town with the launch of Mi Casa’s new album Home Sweet Home after the group earlier accepted a dare from Cornetto to take their music to the masses across South Africa.
Now it’s turned out to be an event that captivates fans of both Cornetto and Mi Casa. It has been running for three months over five cities.
The ice-cream company’s earlier announcement that a lucky fan can win their own private concert with Mi Casa turned social media into a frenzy for months.
Mo T, trumpeter for Mi Casa, said: “While it’s sad to see the tour coming to an end, it has been an amazing ride that we have taken along with our fans!
“The love and support from the company, as well as from literally thousands of fans across the country, has been truly amazing.
“We are so grateful to everyone who has supported us and I can assure you that the Joburg concert is going to blow people away!”
The tour finale will be at Carnival City Casino and Entertainment World. Tickets are R120 through Computicket. Visit www.facebook.com/CornettoZA
