MEET Mzansi’s own Snoop Dogg!

Sipho Tshwari says he enjoys getting attention wherever he goes.

Kids sing Snoop Dogg songs when they see him.

The 40-year-old from Evaton in the Vaal told Daily Sun he used to laugh it off when people kept telling him he looked like the famous rapper.

“But recently I made a plan to live up to the name,” he said.

And now he sometimes sings the rapper’s songs to make extra cash.

“I’ve learnt a few songs that he did and I get attention when singing and acting all American.”

It was never Sipho’s plan to look like the hip hop star.

“Basically I’m a Rastafarian. As you can see, I have dreadlocks while Snoop has straight hair.

“But some years back I decided to stop twisting my hair and grew it just as you see it.

“That’s when I started to see that I looked a bit like him and people would give me attention everywhere I went.

“I enjoy the attention though and live my life differently.”

Sipho sells household products on the streets of Evaton and in surrounding areas.

And should the real Snoop come to Mzansi, he will make a plan to meet him.
