FORMER Skwatta Kamp member, Nkosana “Bozza” Nkosi, has
allegedly hit hard times.
Friends close to the rapper said Bozza went back home to Rathanda,
in Heidelberg, because he could no longer cope.
“He moved out of a Joburg home he used to share with his
ex-girlfriend. The last time I saw him, he was driving a Toyota Yaris,” a source
said.
Another source said: “His attempt to launch his career as a club DJ
failed dismally. His last set at TwoTone Lounge in Daveyton, Ekurhuleni, failed
to impress.”
Another friend said: “He was in Ekasi: Our Stories
on e.tv, as Mpendulo in one of the series. I don’t think he’s making much
money.”
Skawtta Kamp changed the face of youth culture with songs like Umoya.
Yesterday Bozza said: “I was out of sight because I went to answer
my traditional calling and that took me over a year.
“When I returned, I had to start building my brand.”
