A-Reece, Fifi Cooper and Benchmarq are seeking legal action to deal with what they say is ‘harassment’ and ‘abuse’ from Ambitiouz Entertainment.
In a statement released on social media, the musicians claim that they have been blacklisted by Ambitiouz and no one will book them for performances or play their music on radio.
“The harassment from Ambitious Entertainment has begun affecting our work and as such we have had to notify them and 3rd parties of the legal position,” the statement says.

The artists are claiming that they never signed an agreement with Ambitouz Entertainment and so the record label has no copyright ownership of their music.
“They have mislead promoters and radio stations to believe that they do, and even threatened an urgent interdict that would not hold in court,” they continue.
The artists have also sought legal advice and have sent a letter to Ambitiouz Entertainment.
The letter claims that Ambitiouz’s legal team has been sending out letters to promoters and radio stations asking them not to support the artists.
The letter demands that the record label stops infringing upon the artist’s copyright, release all financial records that show how much royalties are owed to them as well as how much money has been made from the sale of these records, provide proof of registration of the bodies of work and to stop using the artist’s work in any form.
Each of the artists have put up alternative contact details for bookings and ask that people continue to support them
